Axess Sud Atlantique successfully continued its collaboration with 1BOX Self-Storage France in Mérignac (33) by converting a former warehouse into a modern, functional storage facility of 6,100 sqm, comprising 650 units spread over three levels.
This project goes far beyond a simple refurbishment: it represents a genuine transformation effort where every detail was carefully considered to optimise space and deliver a quality user experience.
The challenge of this project was met with distinction, including a complete redesign of the exterior façade, a reconfiguration of outdoor areas to improve accessibility and security, and a rethought interior layout to maximise storage capacity while ensuring ease of use.
Thanks to rigorous management and seamless coordination between teams, the project was delivered two months ahead of schedule, demonstrating Axess’s commitment to high-quality projects delivered on time.
