Axess completed the construction of a modern building comprising offices and technical workshops, with a floor area of 2,000 sqm over two storeys, located in Seine-et-Marne, within a renowned theme park in the Paris region.
Designed to provide an optimal working environment, this building combines functionality and performance. It accommodates on-site technicians in spacious and ergonomic areas, with high-performance workshops engineered to meet the most demanding requirements. Thanks to refined architecture, generous volumes and outstanding natural light, this project delivers optimal working comfort and enhanced efficiency.
This ambitious project was designed in partnership with the architectural firm FRANC, combining innovation, architectural quality and optimisation of professional spaces.
