Every corporate building design project is unique. Plot size, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, workflow organisation: all these parameters determine the building’s final form.

As a general contractor, Axess manages the entire project: feasibility study, architectural design, planning permission application, construction and turnkey delivery. A single point of contact coordinates design offices, architects and contractors.

This integrated approach keeps costs under control, meets deadlines and guarantees quality at every stage.

Let’s meet

Once the feasibility study is validated, the Axess teams move on to detailed building design. This phase involves architects, structural and MEP engineers, and quantity surveyors.

The process includes:

  • Architectural sketch: site layout, massing, workflow organisation
  • Preliminary design (PD) then detailed design (DD): plans, sections, elevations
  • Technical studies: structure, HVAC, electrical, fire safety
  • Planning permission application

Axess adapts each design to the building type: offices, warehouses, industrial premises, retail or hotels.

How to design functional corporate offices?

Office design takes into account the company’s working methods: open spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas. Axess integrates acoustic, lighting and thermal requirements to create work spaces suited to teams.

How to optimise a logistics warehouse design?

A well-designed warehouse optimises goods flow, storage capacity and operational efficiency. Axess designs platforms tailored to each client’s logistics processes.

How to design an attractive commercial building?

Commercial premises designed by Axess consider customer flow, visibility from the road and ERP regulations (establishments open to the public). Shops, retail parks: each format has its own technical and architectural requirements.

Axess also works on other building types: hotels, data centres, mixed-use buildings and industrial facilities.

During the construction phase, Axess coordinates all trades and monitors daily progress. A dedicated site manager oversees the works and reports regularly to the client.

Axess’s commitments during construction:

  • Meeting deadlines: detailed schedule with milestones and alerts
  • Cost control: contractual commitment on the overall price
  • Site safety: prevention plan, SPS coordination, regular inspections
  • Quality of execution: hold points, technical tests, progressive defect resolution
  • Transparent reporting: regular progress reports

Upon completion, Axess organises pre-handover operations: compliance checks against plans, technical equipment testing (HVAC, electrical, fire safety), finishes inspection.

Building handover is formalised by a report listing any outstanding items. Axess commits to resolving them within agreed timeframes.

After delivery, monitoring continues during the defects liability period. Axess remains the client’s single point of contact for any technical queries.
